We have a strong team of qualified professionals, including university graduates. We demand high standards and to ensure that we are at the forefront of best practice, our staff undergo constant training in different areas of childcare.
Alongside standard childcare qualifications, our staff hold additional qualifications in areas like child behaviour or forest school learning.
Continuity is vital for children and we have many longstanding members of staff who have been with the nursery for years.
Having familiar faces in the nursery helps to provide stability for your child as they progress through the nursery, as well as trusted points of contact for parents.
The nursery manager has university qualifications and is a certified forest school practitioner. She is supported by the wider nursery management team. The management team is a key point of contact for parents and we encourage an open dialogue so that we can provide the best possible care for your child.
The management team is also supported by a graduate early years professional, who provides specialist support to continually improve the care we provide.
The safety of your child is our top priority, so we require all our staff to take training in safeguarding, food hygiene and paediatric first aid. These are reinforced with regular top up training so that you have peace of mind when dropping off your child.
